SME LOAN / SPECIAL RELIEF FACILITY FOR SMEs

SRF Loan is the initiative given by the government to help the SME to sustain their business during this Covid-19 outbreak. The interest is 3.5% fixed reducing rate. The total tenor is 5.5 years. Each of the company is subject to max RM1 Million.

Low Interest Rate

The interest for this loan is 3.5%, which is lowest in the market compare to other loan which such as overdraft or CGC loan.

More Flexible Payment Period

The loan tenor is 5.5 years, the SME owner will only require to make the loan payment on the 7th month.

No Collateral Shall Be Required

The facility will be guaranteed by either Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia or Syarikat Jaminan Pembiayaan Perniagaan.

This loan is offering by ALL BANKS but each bank has been allocated a certain fund. The loan is opened for all industry which the main share is hold by Malaysians and has been operated for at least 3 years.

    No, you are not required to pay any interest/profit or instalment during the first 6 months moratorium period.

    No, there will not be any collateral required. However, the facility will be
